Ted Scott-Smith is a paralegal with Lex Tecnica who brings nearly two decades of experience as a public school special education teacher. As a veteran educator who continues to work in the classroom today, Ted offers families and attorneys a current, practical understanding of how schools operate, how IEPs are implemented, and how educational decisions affect students with disabilities. 

Throughout his career, Ted has participated in hundreds of IEP meetings and worked with students across elementary, middle, and high school settings with a wide range of disabilities.
