One of our special education attorneys will prepare a formal complaint to help us engage with the teacher and school to ensure that your child’s needs are met.
We will work with the school to find the solutions you seek. If we can’t come to an agreement within 30 days, we will prepare for a formal hearing.
At the conclusion of your case, our team will check in to ensure you are satisfied with the implementation of the IEP and don’t need further assistance. If you are not, we have your back and will help you enforce your child’s rights with the school.
