She brings over 25 years of experience in organizational leadership, family support, and community advocacy, with a track record of building deep trust and rapport with families navigating complex administrative systems. Amy’s work spans guiding parents through the vital first steps of the advocacy process, helping clients navigate the overwhelming early stages of securing educational rights for their children. Her approach is grounded in a calm, strategic problem-solving mindset, careful attention to detail, and empathetic, one-to-one communication.
Prior to joining Lex Tecnica, Amy established a diverse background in both professional administration and community leadership. Her early administrative career includes managing a busy optometry practice, where she honed her skills in detail-oriented record keeping, office logistics, and client care. Parallel to her professional work, Amy has spent two and a half decades actively engaged in high-level volunteer leadership. Her extensive community impact includes serving as a liaison for the Boy Scouts of America and directing church youth programs, where she successfully oversaw and managed logistics for groups of over 100 children at a time while supporting local women and youth initiatives.
